GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE IN GUEST ROOM

1. Preamble

Welcome to Forestry.

We are truly happy to welcome you to the Guest House we have dreamed of for many years.

We welcome you to our house as members of our family, friends. You don't come to the hotel.

Our objective is simple: to offer you a cocooning stay during which you can rest, recharge your batteries and take the time to discover our Region.

The house is a non-smoking area where the presence of pets is not allowed.

2. Purpose

These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the reservation of the services offered by our establishment, the contact details of which are specified in this reservation confirmation document. They govern all the steps necessary for the reservation and the follow-up of the reservation between the contracting parties. As a Customer, you accept these general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate accessible via the reservation platforms, the website, emails or by telephone. Your reservation request will be automatically refused if you provide false information (surname, first name, email, telephone, bank details) in the information form.

3. Price

The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. The prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount including VAT, in euros, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the booking platform.

All reservations, whatever their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, namely the euro. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price. Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.) if applicable, presented on the rates page, are to be paid directly on site with the establishment. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to VAT will be automatically passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.

4. Reservation

The customer chooses the services presented on the booking platform. He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and booking methods of the services available on our booking platform and having requested and obtained the necessary and/or additional information to make his booking in full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that our liability cannot be sought in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.

5. Reservation process

Reservations made by the customer are made via the dematerialized reservation form accessible online on our reservation platform. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation form (Voucher). The customer agrees, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or the reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted. After the final choice of the services to be reserved, the reservation procedure includes in particular the entry of the bank card in the event of a request for guarantee or prepayment, consultation and acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate. before the validation of the reservation and, finally, the validation of the reservation by the customer.

Given the increasing number of guests who cancel at the last minute or who do not show up at all, the reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit.

IMPORTANT :

• If you book within 10 days of your arrival, the deposit is not required.
• If your reservation is "very early in time", the deposit is only requested three months before the stay.

The amount of the deposit varies according to the length of the stay:

• 70% for a one night stay,
• 60% for two nights,
• 50% for three-four nights,
• 40% for five to six nights
• 30% in other cases.

Payment of the deposit can be made by check or by bank transfer.

6. Payment

Apart from the deposit which is paid by check or bank transfer, payment is made directly on site in the establishment.

The customer can pay in cash, by check or by credit card.

7. Acknowledgment of receipt of the reservation

Our reservation platform acknowledges receipt of the customer's reservation by sending an email without delay.

The acknowledgment of receipt of the reservation summarizes the contract offer, the services reserved, the prices, the conditions of sale relating to the selected rate, accepted by the customer, the date of reservation made, information relating to after-sales service, as well as the address of our establishment to which the customer can submit his complaints.

8. Cancellation conditions

All reservations are nominative and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or against payment.

• If the customer does not show up by 7 p.m. on the day mentioned in the reservation, this contract is considered terminated. The deposit remains with the owner and the owner can dispose of his Suite.
• In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. If the Customer decides to cancel his reservation; the deposit remains with the owner and the owner can dispose of his Suite.

9. Cancellation in the event of Force Majeure

10. Consumption of the service

Pursuant to the regulations in force in certain countries, the client may be asked, on arrival, to complete a police form. To do this, the customer will be asked to present an identity document in order to check whether or not he must complete the police form. Any behavior contrary to morality and public order will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made. For establishments with Internal Regulations, the customer accepts and undertakes to comply with said regulations.In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of the provisions of the Internal Regulations, the establishment will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a regulation has already been been carried out.

11. Loss of keys (room and house)

The loss of the keys disrupts the reception of other travelers and forces us to go to Montauban (50 km round trip, 1h30 of lost time).

The loss of keys is therefore charged at 120 €.

12. Business Oblivion

When you forget your belongings, we lose time because we have to go to Montauban (50 km round trip, 1h30 of lost time) to send your belongings back to you.

You therefore return your belongings at a cost of €20 in addition to the rate for sending parcels applied by post.

Your belongings are dispatched after having received your corresponding transfer.

13. Swimming pool: safety and etiquette

To ensure that the swimming pool experience remains a pleasure for all, we hope you will understand the following recommendations:

• The swimming pool is only accessible for our residents and not for friends of friends who would like to come and swim.
• The swimming pool closes at 7:30 p.m. so as not to disturb travelers who wish to rest.
• As far as logistical possibilities are concerned (according to the number of breakfasts to be served, the breakfast service hours, the number of departures of travelers in the morning, the cleaning time of the swimming pool, etc.) the swimming pool is accessible from 11 a.m. but it can also be later.
• The swimming pool is a non-smoking area.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• A bathing suit is required for swimming.

14. Complaints

Complaints relating to the non-performance or poor performance of the reserved services must, under penalty of foreclosure, be brought to our attention in writing within eight days after the date of departure from the establishment.

15. Privacy

The customer is informed, on each of the personal data collection forms, of the mandatory or optional nature of the answers by the presence of an asterisk. In particular when paying online, the customer's bank details must be transmitted by the payment provider stripe.com to the bank of the establishment, for the execution of the reservation contract. However, the customer agrees to this transfer necessary for the execution of his reservation. 16. Agreement of proof

The entry of the required banking information, as well as the acceptance of these general conditions and the voucher or the reservation request, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. 17. Dispute Resolution

18. Entirety

These General Conditions of Sale, the conditions of sale of the rate reserved by the customer, and the voucher or the reservation request express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. La Forestière is not an hotel, for organizational reasons, we welcome you at home from 4 p.m. and we ask you to vacate the room at 11 a.m.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE SPECIFIC TO LE PIGEONNIER

The General Conditions of Sale of the Pigeonnier are identical to those in Bed and Breakfast, except for the specific points below.

1. Le Pigeonnier information and use of the premises

• Living area: Bedroom 10 m2, Dovecote (6m2), Living room (12 m2), Kitchenette (4 m2)
• Maximum capacity 2 people
• Maximum capacity 2 adults, 2 children
• Strictly non-smoking place
• Swimming pool shared with travelers staying in Bed and Breakfast.
• 1 bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 people
• 1 bedroom on the mezzanine: Formerly the dovecote (6 m2), the first floor has two single beds (90x190) that can possibly accommodate one or two "children" (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995) Two duvets for beds single, 2 pillows and mattress protectors / pillow protectors are provided.? A ladder leads upstairs, for safety reasons we recommend 6 years old minimum and for bed size reasons we recommend 17 years old or 1m80 maximum.
• Pets not allowed
• This guest house is not equipped with a washing machine, laundry is done at the village laundromat.

2. Conditions of use of the premises

• The owner will provide the accommodation in accordance with the description he has made of it and will keep it in working order.
• The customer will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises.
• The rental cannot under any circumstances benefit third parties.
• The tenant may not under any circumstances claim any right to stay in the premises at the end of the rental period initially provided for in the reservation.
• If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated on the description, and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional tenants.
• The tourist tax is collected by the Establishment la Forestière then transferred to the State Services.
• Electricity is the responsibility of the traveler billed according to his consumption according to the official tariff of EDF.
• Water consumption is included in the rental.
• On his departure the tenant undertakes to return the house in the state he will have found it on his arrival.

3. Renter's Insurance

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Tenant undertakes to take out rental insurance with his Insurer for the duration of the Rental, generally integrated into the ""main home"" insurance contract under the extension ""Insurance resort / Holiday rentals".

4. Reservation process

Given the increasing number of guests who cancel at the last minute or who do not show up at all, the reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 50% upon receipt of this email and 50% 15 days before the stay. .

If you book less than 10 days before your arrival, this deposit is no longer required.
